Leads Dyson’s Americas tax function, overseeing corporate income tax, sales and use tax compliance, provisions, reporting, audits, disputes, legislative monitoring, and tax support for business initiatives. Partners with finance, business, treasury, customs, Group Tax, external advisors, and outsourced providers across multiple jurisdictions. Drives tax process improvements, governance, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while managing the regional tax team.

The role also supports the Philippines Country Head of Engineering in expanding local engineering capabilities, infrastructure, recruitment planning, and business operations.

Lead implementation of the CTO organization’s strategy, transformation, and improvement programs. Identify project leads and contributors, maintain alignment across stakeholders, track program progress, risks, and opportunities, and support leadership meetings and business forums. The role requires structured problem-solving, complex program delivery, stakeholder management, and understanding of product development and engineering organizations.
