Provide consulting on IT security methodologies and assessments, monitor threat landscape and regulatory requirements, perform risk analyses, develop IT security methodologies and recommendations, conduct security assessments, support IT product groups and M&A due diligence, and contribute to IT group standards and committees.

Develop and implement procurement strategies for rail, inland waterway, ocean freight, and tank storage logistics. Develop and communicate S&OP/IBP-based supply plans (2–18 months), optimize inventory and NWC, manage toll manufacturing logistics, create production planning tools for Shapes operations, maintain SAP master data, and deliver advanced reporting/dashboarding using SAP and Power BI to improve operational efficiency.

Supports plant-level procurement, including vendor evaluation, quotes, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, invoice approvals, and delivery coordination. Maintains office, janitorial, kitchen, raw material, and packaging supplies. Prepares monthly reports, assists procurement team members, welcomes visitors, receives deliveries, and processes new-hire orientation documents in coordination with HR.

Consults with business departments to optimize SAP Order-to-Cash processes, designs solutions, manages projects, resolves global SAP tickets, supports international rollouts, and performs SAP customizing. The role includes Scrum Master responsibilities, external provider management, customer engagement, and identifying automation opportunities using SAP and Microsoft Power Automate. Candidates need 7–10 years of SAP SD experience, project management expertise, agile experience, strong communication skills, and English fluency.

Support and develop Evonik’s global SAP warehousing applications, including MM, SRM, and EWM. Translate business requirements into technical concepts, contribute to implementation projects, optimize logistics processes, resolve service tickets, and support daily operations. Collaborate with international colleagues, key users, and interdisciplinary project teams. Occasional travel to Evonik locations is required.

Provides reliability engineering leadership for chemical plant equipment, including failure and root cause analysis, corrective actions, maintenance support, mechanical integrity, regulatory compliance, contractor safety, budgeting, outage planning, SAP maintenance systems, and capital projects. Supports process troubleshooting, equipment innovation, maintenance cost reduction, and continuous improvement of plant availability.

Analyze and improve transportation processes using SAP solutions, including eTM and LE-Shipping. Support process harmonization, modeling, testing, implementation, user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing process governance. Collaborate with global business process teams, project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to deploy standardized regional processes and resolve SAP-related issues.

Provides executive and site administration support to the VP and GM, including calendar and travel coordination, presentations, reporting, purchasing, invoice processing, visitor support, and event planning. Tracks deadlines, follows up on action items, manages confidential information, coordinates customer and team activities, and maintains contract records. The role is onsite approximately four days per week in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
