The Executive Advisor manages transformational gifts, collaborates with executive leadership, and develops donor strategies to engage ultra-wealthy individuals and families at $10M+ levels.

Leads IT supplier management across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecommunications, consulting, and managed services. Responsibilities include supplier strategy, governance, performance measurement, contract negotiations, RFx processes, renewals, spend optimization, risk management, SLA enforcement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Security. The role also coaches team members and improves supplier management processes.

Provide multi-channel donor and volunteer support (phone, email, chat, text, social media); coach and motivate fundraisers; resolve issues and deliver exceptional service; engage Spanish-speaking communities; educate supporters on St. Jude's mission; monitor feedback and recommend improvements; work a hybrid schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and peak-season availability.

Provide multi-channel donor and volunteer support (phone, email, chat, text, social), coach fundraisers, resolve issues, engage Spanish-speaking communities, capture feedback, and support fundraising campaigns during peak and off-hours.

Lead and deliver risk-based internal audit engagements end-to-end. Develop audit plans, perform risk assessments and control testing, report findings to leadership and the Board Audit Committee, drive remediation, coach audit staff, and ensure compliance with IIA standards, COSO, and GAAP.

Provide strategic legal advice on employment and related legal matters for ALSAC. Handle employee leave, nondiscrimination, DOL matters, FCRA compliance, workplace investigations, policy review, contracts, fundraising and licensing compliance, and special projects. Represent the organization with internal partners, regulators, donors and outside counsel; research and document legal conclusions.

Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise customer-data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and related cloud, API, and streaming technologies. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

Provide donor and volunteer support across phone, email, chat, text, and social media for St. Jude fundraising. Handle inbound/outbound contacts, process donations, troubleshoot issues, maintain donor records and PCI compliance, support training and marketing research, and assist with escalations and contact center operations.

Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative market research to inform brand, fundraising, marketing, and communications strategies. Design studies, manage vendors, analyze data (including advanced methodologies), present executive recommendations, integrate multi-source insights, oversee budgets, and mentor team members to drive audience growth and strategic decision-making.

Provide strategic legal advice and draft/ negotiate technology and marketing contracts (MSAs, SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, privacy, data processing, SLAs). Support fundraising, regulatory compliance, licensing, grant and property issues; manage legal projects end-to-end, advise internal stakeholders, and represent ALSAC with external parties and regulators.
