The Technical Support Engineer will lead technical service implementation, troubleshooting, and training while providing expert support on product technologies and developing repair methods.

Lead new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI) projects for industrial pump products. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, QA), manage schedules, budgets, risks and suppliers, and drive on-time transfer to production and successful product launches.

Provide technical support during the sales process: prepare quotations, lead quotation activities, run virtual presentations and product campaigns, use One CRM, ensure governance, and drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Lead the EDX Customer Support Centre to meet service and parts sales targets, drive enquiry→quote→order transaction flow, support external sales with quotes and contracts, manage AR collection, evaluate delivery/logistics costs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop team skills, prepare forecasts and reports, and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Lead pricing strategy and business analysis for products, spare parts, and services. Maintain logical pricing structures, optimize pricing based on market and costs, manage pricing processes and tools, act as Central Content Owner, support local sales content owners, and provide data-driven insights to management while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Lead global manufacturing footprint and transformation projects—planning, analysis, and implementation of new or moved production lines, factories or warehouses. Drive operations change (manufacturing, assembly, warehousing), improve project governance/processes, coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and deliver competitive and sustainable operational solutions.

Lead and develop a team of Account Representatives to manage the full customer lifecycle, improve order execution and metrics, coordinate cross-functional resolution, drive ERP/CRM adoption, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Drive direct sales of Alfa Laval hygienic fluid handling products within a defined territory. Engage existing customers, develop value-based quotes, follow sales processes, use CRM consistently, and collaborate with managers to close deals. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from concept to industrialization, aligning objectives, managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules and risks, collaborating with universities, suppliers, R&D and production, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, KPI-driven progress, and smooth handover to operations.

Provide responsive support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, escalating when needed, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and uphold company values.
