About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for driving pricing strategy and business analysis across products, spare parts, and services. You will ensure a consistent and logical pricing structure across the full lifecycle, aligned with market conditions and profitability targets.
You will play a key role in supporting both strategic and operational decisions by providing insights and ensuring that pricing processes, tools, and guidelines are effectively implemented.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement of pricing practices and support the organization in achieving profitable growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement pricing strategies for products, spare parts, and services, ensuring consistency and profitability across the lifecycle.
Design and maintain logical pricing structures aligned with new sales pricing and lifecycle considerations.
Regularly review, revise, and optimize pricing based on costs, raw materials, competition, and market conditions.
Lead and coordinate pricing processes, including yearly revisions and ad-hoc updates.
Establish and ensure implementation of pricing guidelines across the organization.
Manage and enhance pricing tools (e.g., Price Point, DT2) to support efficient price setting and distribution.
Act as Central Content Owner, supporting Local Content Owners in Sales Companies to ensure accurate price deployment and transactional pricing.
Provide business analysis and insights to the VOP Management team to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other pricing functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
