As a team manager, you will lead the team to:• 1) To achieve the annual target for Service and Parts Sales.
• 2) To drive to achieve transaction flow within company from enquiry->quote ->order by providing quote & follow-up, prepare std contracts and sales order to support external Sales team, and help to find & obtain the potential business opportunity.
- Overall responsible for EDX Customer Support Centre.
- Evaluate the delivery performance, logistics budget/cost of project and suggest the department manager to control them in right way.
- Response for AR collection.
- Coordinate with relevant functions between customers, departments, production and suppliers.
- Set up good customer relations within the assigned areas and continuously map and understand customers’ needs and feedback.
- Develop the team's skills and competences, build and retain a multi-skilled, performance-oriented team that represents the core values of Alfa Laval.
- Develop and have good knowledge of the key processes and tools within the responsible areas.
- Analysis and develop competitive quotation together with external sales to ensure order.
- Monitor the pricing of transactional business pre-set in system.
- Quarterly forecast to achieve desired financial results.
- General responsible for EDX report.
- Ad hoc assignment as required.
