Leads foodpanda’s Bangladesh Shops marketplace strategy, commercial growth, and operational excellence. Manages Strategic and Key Account teams, expands vendor and retail-chain partnerships, drives category growth, improves scalable data-driven processes, and oversees performance across profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement. Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs and task plans, designing billing processes, managing process changes, supporting UAT and system rollouts, triaging billing issues, coordinating go-lives, and driving continuous improvement with finance, commercial, product, and regional stakeholders.

Work with structured and semi-structured BigQuery data, Spark, and SQL while applying regression, classification, forecasting, operations research, and software engineering best practices.

Owns HungerStation Market performance management through executive reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, business reviews, and strategic recommendations. Leads deep dives into customer, commercial, operational, store, and logistics metrics; evaluates pricing, promotions, investments, and profitability; and develops analytical frameworks and business cases. Partners cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI to translate insights into actions and drive strategic initiatives.

Own and improve the Order-to-Cash process across multiple markets. Translate finance policies and SME requirements into process blueprints and technical specifications, document data lineage from marketplace systems into SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, collaborate with Product and Commercial teams on automation, and support standardization by reducing local manual workarounds.

Own Glovo Serbia’s end-to-end supply strategy and operational performance. Optimize delivery speed, availability, utilization, courier earnings, and cost per order while supporting sustainable growth. Lead two Operations Analysts, develop data-driven capabilities, design and scale localized experiments, and collaborate with Commercial, Q-Commerce, Finance, and global operations teams. Translate operational analytics into executive recommendations, escalate risks, and align local execution with broader supply and profitability goals.

Manage demand planning and replenishment for Talabat Mart grocery stores. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and stock movement, maintaining replenishment parameters, preparing forecasts, initiating and tracking store orders, coordinating with category managers and suppliers, and producing inventory and purchasing reports. The role focuses on preventing stockouts and overstock while improving forecasting, replenishment accuracy, and supplier collaboration.
