As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Dojo, you will drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with key decision-makers, and optimizing sales processes. You'll also analyze market trends and maintain Salesforce records for effective account management.

Own dojo.tech as a commercial product: set website strategy and roadmap, lead technical SEO (AEO/GEO) and CRO programmes, manage site health and measurement, and oversee a small team plus agency partners to drive organic growth and conversions.

Manage and optimise Dojo's Salesforce Service Cloud: configure declarative automation (Flows, Milestones, Entitlements), support case lifecycle and Email-to-Case, handle releases via CI/CD, maintain security/permissions, build reports/dashboards, evaluate AppExchange apps, and explore Einstein/Agentforce enhancements.

Investigate suspicious transaction alerts, perform ongoing customer due diligence, manage a personal caseload, communicate with and educate merchants, and mitigate fraud and AML risks using data and monitoring tools.

Support Product Sales by troubleshooting deals and portal issues, maintain HubSpot workflows and data integrity during Salesforce transition, automate lead disbursement, resolve technical edge cases, partner with Enablement and Marketing for collateral, and adjudicate rep ownership disputes while building durable automated processes.

The Senior Finance and Strategy Analyst will lead FP&A processes, manage financial models in Anaplan, and partner with leadership on workforce planning and payroll forecasting.

Support Sales Enablement team to implement and drive adoption of new products across field sales. Coordinate onboarding, training, internal communications, community management, and administrative field support. Track and analyze sales metrics and feedback to measure enablement impact and improve learning pathways.

Manage and grow merchant relationships, train partner teams, gather feedback, collaborate with sales and product teams, and analyze data to proactively identify merchants needing support.
