Own enterprise Fynd TMS customers from presales discovery and tailored solutioning through implementation, integrations, go-live, adoption, account health, renewals, and expansion. Translate logistics requirements into engineering specifications, manage implementation governance, configure transportation workflows, coordinate data migration and UAT, troubleshoot APIs, train operational users, and drive post-launch success across retail, distribution, and 3PL environments.

Develop trend-driven fashion collections from concept through production, integrating prints, fabrics, silhouettes, and brand identity. Create AI-generated prints, technical sketches, linesheets, and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator. Apply pattern-making and textile knowledge to support fit and construction, collaborate with cross-functional and production teams, solve design challenges quickly, and ensure high-quality execution under tight timelines.

Research SaaS trends, competitors, and customer needs; create and execute blogs, newsletters, e-books, and customer success stories; optimize content for SEO and GEO; edit existing materials for clarity and readability; and identify content gaps and solutions.

Own revenue targets and the full B2B sales cycle for Fynd’s commerce platform, from lead generation through closure. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver tailored product demos, address technical objections, and advise brands, retailers, and enterprise clients. Build qualified pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and customer success teams. Provide market feedback and support product positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and internal sales enablement.

Supports enterprise client onboarding and platform implementation across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations. Coordinates timelines, tasks, stakeholders, project checkpoints, documentation, KPIs, issue resolution, risk escalation, post-launch stabilization, and customer adoption. Collaborates with Product, Operations, Support, Engineering, and client teams while maintaining implementation processes, SOPs, and operational improvements.

Support procurement and sourcing for robotic hardware by converting purchase requests into purchase orders, identifying suppliers, onboarding vendors, tracking deliveries, coordinating quality corrective actions and logistics, assisting with customs and invoices, and supporting cost analysis, negotiations, and supplier evaluations.

Create and execute branded visual designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, illustrations, and other marketing materials. Maintain Fynd’s visual identity, collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams, manage multiple deadlines, perform quality checks, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and use generative AI tools to produce consistent, production-ready creative work.

Lead AI-native product development and product-led growth initiatives across retail and commerce platforms. Responsibilities include launching AI features, translating ML capabilities into intuitive experiences, managing model deployments and API integrations, owning product execution from discovery through iteration, defining KPIs, analyzing funnels and cohorts, conducting A/B tests, and coordinating engineering, ML, product, and business stakeholders.

Own platform initiatives end to end, translating business goals into technical execution plans, managing dependencies and trade-offs, driving channel adoption, and measuring outcomes. Partner across engineering, product, and business teams while using data and AI tools to make decisions. The role requires technical fluency in APIs, SQL, retrieval, evaluation, tokens, latency, and cost trade-offs, plus experience delivering SaaS, platform, or e-commerce technology.
