Responds to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media; provides product and service support; troubleshoots issues; resolves complaints; processes returns, exchanges, and refunds; documents interactions in a CRM; follows up on unresolved cases; collects customer feedback; and escalates complex issues while maintaining a customer-focused experience.

Manage e-commerce expense booking, vendor and customer reconciliations, credit card accounting, receivables monitoring, collections follow-up, payment coordination, and GST and TDS return filing. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve discrepancies and provide accounting status updates.

Manage RENEE Cosmetics’ social media presence across major platforms, including content calendars, publishing, community engagement, trend tracking, influencer coordination, campaign support, and performance reporting. Create platform-native content such as Reels, Stories, memes, carousels, captions, and short-form videos. Monitor competitors and social trends, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to grow organic reach, followers, and brand visibility.

Manage trade and distributor accounting, claims, receivables aging, credit control, sales returns, GST invoicing, compliance support, and commercial policy controls. Coordinate across teams and maintain accounting records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel, including pivots, lookups, and MIS reporting. The role requires knowledge of trade schemes, channel margins, distributor and retailer commercial structures, and claims settlement processes.
