Lead end-to-end IT procurement for the Europe region, developing sourcing strategies for software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, and services. Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, SLAs and licensing, ensure GDPR/DORA/CRA compliance, drive supplier performance and cost optimization, support spend analysis, budgeting, and procurement automation while partnering with IT, InfoSec, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders.

Drive product and revenue analytics for Paytm Ads: build automated BI dashboards, run advanced SQL analyses, A/B tests, cohort and funnel analyses, optimize marketing metrics, and translate insights into stakeholder recommendations.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts for D2C, e-commerce, and retail brands using the Paytm Pi Marketing platform. Drive new business, upsell/cross-sell, manage full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, ensure platform adoption, and coordinate with product, success, marketing, and finance to meet revenue and retention goals.

Lead and build Paytm Europes Risk Management function: design risk framework and appetite, embed governance, oversee operational/technology and commercial risk, develop KRIs and reporting, support regulatory authorisation, and build a high-performing risk team to enable European expansion.

Recruit and manage regional creators and micro-influencers for an affiliate program: research and shortlist creators, handle outreach and coordination, track campaign performance in spreadsheets, report results, and recommend creators based on business impact.

Manage and grow key Telco accounts across African territories by building relationships, meeting sales targets, cross-selling VAS and core telco solutions, executing campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and handling financials and collections. Extensive travel to client sites required.
