Coordinates technical projects within the PMO by managing schedules, scope, risks, costs, action logs, quality controls, procurement activities, and stakeholder communications. Liaises with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and clients; prepares project reports and facilitates meetings. The role also supports manufacturing integration, cost optimization, engineering changes, and next-generation hardware initiatives.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain embedded firmware for resource-constrained, timing-critical systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, firmware architecture, coding in C/C++, unit and integration testing, hardware evaluation, impact analysis, code reviews, and collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and partners. The role also supports product development and existing product sustenance while following Scrum, version-control, and defect-management processes.

Lead technical product management for robotic new product development from market research and customer discovery through product launch. Define product vision, positioning, PRDs, system-level architecture, business cases, pricing, success metrics, roadmap, milestones, and execution strategy. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, safe, compliant hardware-software integrated products.

Leads sales strategy, revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and market expansion across India and APAC. Develops strategic accounts, manages complex technology sales cycles, negotiates deals, builds partner ecosystems, and recruits and mentors regional sales teams. Collaborates with product, engineering, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams while providing market intelligence and supporting commercial planning in warehouse automation and logistics technology markets.
