Provides market expertise, mentorship, and continuous-improvement leadership.

Supports first-line operational risk management by accurately reporting and assessing risk events, identifying root causes and regulatory impacts, producing monthly management information, and monitoring action plans. The role partners with clients and internal stakeholders to improve controls, respond to inquiries, deliver risk training, and drive process efficiencies. It requires strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation, organization, and the ability to interpret financial legislation and regulatory guidance.
