The Solution Consultant leads the Solution Consulting team, focusing on platform integration, customer training, regulatory advice, and documenting business outcomes for FNZ clients.

Lead complex employee relations and workforce transformation programmes across FNZ. Advise senior leaders on UK employment law, consultation strategies, organisational change, employee risks, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Leads legal-service transformation and enablement for FNZ’s India shared-services hub. Responsibilities include transitioning and mobilizing services, designing processes and controls, creating SOPs and knowledge materials, managing legal technology and AI automation use cases, coordinating change adoption, analyzing operational data, and governing improvement roadmaps. The role requires legal judgment alongside programme delivery, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and benefits realization capabilities.

Lead people change and workforce transformation initiatives across FNZ’s global organisation. Develop change strategies, support organisational design and restructuring, advise senior leaders, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliant delivery under employment legislation. Establish governance, mitigate people and operational risks, and drive sustainable organisational outcomes while balancing commercial priorities, employee experience, and business performance.

Owns month-end close, general ledgers, journals, revenue recognition, account reconciliations, payroll and salary allocations for assigned entities. Supports statutory reporting, audits, tax returns, regulatory filings, management reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and global finance projects. Reviews Finance Assistant work and collaborates with stakeholders and external providers. Requires strong technical accounting knowledge, IFRS familiarity, financial systems expertise, and the ability to manage complex challenges.

Leads solution consulting for wealth-management platform implementations, including platform configuration, solution design, requirements documentation, operating-model definition, integrations, compliance guidance, customer training, and business transformation. Partners with customers, sales, analysts, developers, and delivery teams to define outcomes, scope projects, ensure solution quality, verify defects, and support business readiness. Provides market expertise, mentorship, and continuous-improvement leadership.
