Develops new end-user customers for the package gas business, increases territory sales, conducts prospecting and sales calls, presents gas supply solutions, negotiates contracts, and achieves new-customer and revenue targets. Maintains customer relationships, monitors contract execution, resolves disputes, supports retention, gathers competitor intelligence, improves margins, and collaborates with inside sales, supply chain, and other internal teams. Requires daily CRM reporting, safe work practices, and frequent customer engagement.

Leads global procurement governance, compliance, risk assessments, audit readiness, internal controls, supplier governance, SOX support, and remediation initiatives. Reviews sourcing, contracting, purchasing, spend management, and invoice-to-pay processes; develops dashboards and compliance metrics; supports digital procurement improvements; and advises cross-functional stakeholders on ethical procurement, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation. The role also coordinates audits, training, and continuous improvement across global operations.

Administer and maintain the OpenText electronic document management repository, including uploads, revisions, publishing, metadata cleanup, reporting, permissions, and security management. Support document handovers from engineering projects to regional operations teams, ensure compliance with global procedures and service levels, and identify process improvements. Provide global stakeholder support while serving as the regional OpenText super user.

Provides process control systems engineering support for a production facility with SMR, air separation, steam turbine, utilities, and ammonia assets. Supports DCS, SIS, and PLC operations; implements control logic, HMI, database, and instrumentation changes; performs lifecycle planning, upgrades, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements. Partners with plant personnel, technicians, vendors, and regional engineers on safety, cybersecurity, obsolescence, and optimization initiatives. The role is hybrid in Texas City with approximately 5% travel outside the Houston region.
