The Senior Accounting Associate prepares financial statements, performs tax services, and communicates with clients. Requires 3-5 years of experience, predominantly in public or private accounting aiming at real estate clients.

Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation to delivery using Agile/Scrum practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, changes, and budgets, and drive process improvements. Use data analysis and Power BI to produce reports and insights, promote best practices, and enhance internal communications to ensure project alignment and outcomes.

Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for middle to large clients. Interact closely with clients, work with partners to deliver tax strategies, prepare Corporate/S-Corp/Partnership returns, and leverage tax software. Real estate focus preferred; minimal travel.

Designs and delivers role-based CRM (HubSpot) training across live, virtual, and on-demand formats; supports integrations, change management, sales enablement, data-driven training improvements, and cross-functional adoption across the firm.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the ePMO across IT and non-IT projects. Maintain project documentation, update project management tools, schedule meetings, track milestones and risks, assist with resource coordination, and prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Provide advanced coordination and operational support across enterprise IT and non-IT projects. Maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and reporting; facilitate meetings; track metrics; manage project tools and budgets; assist executive status updates; support change management and onboard junior coordinators while improving ePMO processes and governance.

Lead operational ownership of one or two infrastructure domains, drive incident response and disaster recovery, manage patching and server lifecycle, improve monitoring and automation, mentor engineers, and partner with platform, security, and networking teams to maintain secure, auditable production systems.

Process and assemble tax returns using tax software, deliver packages via SafeSend or email, e-file tax and payroll returns, create engagement letters, assist data projects, perform quality control, and protect client PII. Seasonal, project-based role supporting firmwide Tax operations.

Lead and perform IT audit, SOC and security/privacy assessments, test clients' controls, prepare reporting (SOC, gap/risk assessments, ISO, GDPR), mentor team members, support sales and practice development.

Manage and lead a tax team delivering federal tax consulting and compliance services. Develop and implement tax strategies, prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, advise on transactions (M&A, restructurings), manage client relationships, and train and mentor staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
