Lead full lifecycle capital projects (up to $50M) across French and German sites, managing scope, budget, procurement, engineering designs, commissioning, stakeholder communication, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Support and maintain quality systems for composite manufacturing. Lead root cause investigations, NPI validation, lab testing, tooling inspections, non-conformance disposition, corrective actions, and lean initiatives to improve processes, reduce scrap, and train personnel.

Lead cross-functional root-cause analyses and process improvements using Six Sigma and data modeling. Develop test methods, monitor plant KPIs, interact with customers, and drive product/process quality improvements in a manufacturing environment.
