Supervises accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, payments, scanning, batching, audit support, and issue resolution. Leads Accounts Payable Analysts and Coordinators through training and guidance. Administer global master data, customer profiles, and user access across APLL systems. Clarify customer and business requirements, maintain data within service levels, manage onboarding and access changes, and support KPI/report setup. The role also maintains process documentation, facilitates change management, supports customer implementations, assists with training, and collaborates with logistics, operations, IT, and other global teams.

Install, implement, tune, upgrade, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms, including clustering, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Serve as the highest technical escalation point, support mission-critical applications, advise developers and end users, and establish platform standards and procedures. Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, cloud and middleware implementations, project execution, vendor coordination, team guidance, cross-training, and technical communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Implement, optimize, automate, and support enterprise database platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments. Manage Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, performance tuning, clustering, upgrades, high availability, and disaster recovery. Serve as the highest technical escalation point, advise application teams and executives, establish infrastructure standards, manage vendors, troubleshoot critical systems, and mentor team members.

Manage customer and vendor requirements, documentation, bookings, service instructions, reports, and operational queues. Resolve and escalate service issues, maintain customer relationships, monitor productivity and performance metrics, and identify service gaps. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external parties, ensuring accurate and timely document delivery, minimizing pending work, and implementing solutions to improve service quality and control costs.
