Leads the regional Operational Excellence strategy across Latin American contract logistics operations. Provides after-hours coverage to support 24/7/365 business continuity, documents cases, conducts wellness calls, updates customer metrics, reviews performance dashboards, follows procedures, and covers colleague shifts as needed.

Manages global dispute-resolution processes under standard operating procedures, supports customer experience operations, and improves team efficiency by sharing best practices and eliminating unnecessary process steps. The role requires customer dispute experience, language proficiency for customer interactions, flexibility for night shifts, and working from the office.

Drive business development for project logistics and special cargo: build sales pipeline, pursue clients in energy/infrastructure/heavy engineering/O&G, develop vendor pools, collaborate with operations for feasibility and cost efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance and permitting for specialized shipments.

Processes accounting transactions, maintains financial book integrity, supports audits, tax compliance, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. The role coordinates with regional finance teams, auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, standardize processes, meet KPIs, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Night-shift availability and strong Excel skills are required.

Provides senior customer support for global accounts, manages complex cases and escalations, coordinates with stakeholders and suppliers, identifies supply chain challenges, proposes solutions, monitors performance, produces KPI reports, and contributes to supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Advise global business and technology stakeholders on data privacy, GDPR, AI governance, digital ethics, international data transfers, and privacy-by-design. Lead DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, breach and data subject rights support, policy development, governance frameworks, strategic privacy projects, training, and regulatory monitoring. Translate complex legal requirements into practical business solutions while partnering with legal, technology, people, security, and operational teams.

Leads change and release engineering across CI/CD, traditional, and vendor-led environments. The role automates deployments, establishes risk-based governance, improves production-change visibility, analyzes change failures and DORA metrics, and reduces major incidents. It also owns CAB processes, compliance reporting, rollback and testing controls, AI-enabled workflows, process documentation, and leadership reporting while coaching a small team of Change Managers.

Designs and maintains Azure-based data pipelines, lakehouse platforms, and ETL/ELT processes while developing, deploying, and operationalizing machine learning and generative AI solutions. Builds RAG pipelines, integrates LLMs, implements MLOps, validates data and models, monitors production performance, and collaborates with business, data science, BI, product, and technical teams to deliver scalable AI features.
