- Lead the development and execution of the regional Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and consistent implementation across all sites.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and measurable business impact.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data analytics and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead process standardization efforts, ensuring the adoption of best practices, governance frameworks, and consistent operational procedures across the region.
- Champion innovation and change management programs, promoting the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Develop organizational capabilities by coaching teams, delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience leading Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or business transformation initiatives within a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, standardization, performance management, and KPI governance across complex operations.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to understand operational P&L drivers, cost structures, productivity metrics, and business performance indicators.
- Proven track record in change management, including the successful deployment of new processes, tools, technologies, and ways of working across multiple locations.
- Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation, or contract logistics environments.
- Experience leading regional Operational Excellence programs across Latin America or multi-country operations.
