Manage carrier relationships, support RFPs and procurement events, enter and troubleshoot carrier rates in the TMS, perform light market analytics, handle escalations, and coordinate cross-functional support to meet customer and carrier KPIs.

Shape solution strategy, pricing, and deal structure; manage cross‑functional stakeholders, maintain pipeline/CRM, develop executive relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Travel up to 50%.

Configure and administer EDI/trading partner integrations including AS2/FTP-SFTP connectivity, mapping, testing, implementation, and production support. Manage gateway applications, troubleshoot transaction flows, create documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Serve as primary liaison to assigned customer accounts, resolve issues, manage order acceptance and accessorial charges, use TMS/EDI/portals, propose transportation solutions, communicate with shippers/consignees, and work with operations to maximize margin, network efficiency, and on-time performance.

Source, recruit, pre-screen, and onboard Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for final-mile home delivery. Conduct on-site recruiting, job fairs, and outreach; validate DOT/MC authority, insurance, and operational readiness; complete background checks and documentation; maintain records in Tenstreet; and travel to customer distribution centers (≈75% travel).

Support account management and operations by developing processes, reporting, and corrective action plans to improve network efficiency, resolve service issues, analyze failure trends, and monitor customer performance metrics.
