Provides comprehensive professional and personal support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, follow-up, CRM accuracy, sales reporting, KPI tracking, and executive accountability. Develops scalable processes, service standards, and business continuity plans while providing hands-on project leadership, technical guidance, troubleshooting, coaching, and mentoring.
