Lead and supervise a global team of product cybersecurity assessors to define and execute a cross-project cybersecurity quality strategy, maintain CSMS certification roadmap, ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards, support vulnerability monitoring and incident response, coordinate with engineering and safety teams, conduct audits and assessments, and drive talent development and reporting for program launch readiness.

Lead systems development as the technical owner: define timelines, technical specifications, integrate multi-disciplinary requirements, manage risk and progress, prepare deliverables and gate review materials, participate in core and CCB meetings, and act as first responder for system issues to meet performance, cost, quality, reliability, and development-cycle goals.

Lead mechanical integration for eDrive products and serve as customer technical interface. Own integration concepts and detailed design, create 3D/2D models, maintain and release EBOMs in Teamcenter, perform boundary/interface/stack-up calculations, lead DFMEA in PLATO, evaluate requirements in Polarion, build prototypes, optimize DFM/DFA, assign component development tasks, and collaborate with global R&D.

Lead and own site IT services, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Partner with plant leadership to deliver AI-first solutions, deploy low-code prototypes, manage incidents and vendors, oversee site IT projects, and develop local IT talent to ensure secure, reliable, and standardized IT service delivery at the plant or tech center.

Support product development quality by defining CTQs from VOC, creating quality plans, driving DFSS and reliability testing, leading PPAP/MSA activities, participating in design reviews and FMEA, and maintaining quality procedures and communication.

Support engineering design and R&D by creating and updating 2D/3D drawings (e.g., CATIA), preparing engineering documents, assisting product development and mechanical reviews, and supporting eLSD and other projects under engineer guidance.
