- The products which SYDE shall own include Inverter, boost, DCDC and OBC and other Xin1 high voltage products
- Implement stakeholder requirement analysis and define system requirement specification including functions, performance goals, boundaries, application or even system strategies.
- Transmit system requirement specifications to SW/eHW engineering team and bring all engineering competencies into one technical and project information page.
- Further study eHW and SW architecture and design schemes, analyze and identify the gap between system requirements and products and try to find possible solutions to improve products performance.
- Responsible for high voltage product trouble-shooting and issue-solving. Own or coordinate with other competencies to find root cause and solve development, manufacture or production related issues.
- Support e-hardware and software to implement requirement and scheme design.
- Support definition of the System Integration and Qualification test cases if needed.
- Provide timely updates to the SYPL and line manager on the status of all system design-related topics.
- Prepare system design deliverables and support the execution of Gate Reviews.
- Prepare technical deliverables and materials for milestone review meetings.
- Follow Requirement management EDF and ASPICE process.
- Follow BorgWarner issue management process.
