Sales Representative will sell telecom products and services to retail stores, open new accounts, service existing ones, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits.

Collaborate with creative teams, explore new acquisition channels, and use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, creative production, copywriting, and analysis.

Generate leads, conduct cold outreach, build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support growth of the client portfolio. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills, advanced English proficiency, and on-site availability in Guatemala City’s Zone 4 under a hybrid work model.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team to build and operate the Awards2Go prepaid rewards platform. Manage people, delivery, architecture, compliance, and incident reviews. Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable web apps, APIs, payment workflows, and integrations while partnering with Product, Design, Operations, and stakeholders.

Monitor production networks, applications, and services in a 24x7x365 NOC. Investigate and resolve alerts, troubleshoot Windows, Linux, software, network, and environmental issues, document incidents in ticketing systems, escalate problems, coordinate with technicians, vendors, and support teams, participate in incident bridges, and prepare post-mortem reports.

Design, implement, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient web applications and services for a cloud contact center. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑region engineering teams, participate in product planning and sprint meetings, document architecture and troubleshooting, and continuously evaluate new technologies.

The Tier 1 Tech Support Representative (VoIP) provides initial technical support for VoIP systems, addressing customer inquiries, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues through remote desktop tools.
