We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the cross-functional team responsible for building and evolving the Awards2Go platform, a B2B prepaid rewards solution that enables organizations to distribute physical and virtual Visa prepaid cards for employee recognition, customer incentives, rebates, refunds, corporate gifting, and expense management. The platform includes customer-facing web applications, APIs, payment workflows, card lifecycle management, reporting, and integrations with financial partners.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering organization while partnering closely with Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and business stakeholders. You will ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and reliable software that serves enterprise customers.
In addition, this role also leads the Platform Engineering team, a purely functional team responsible for internal developer tooling and the entire infrastructure underpinning the DTC (direct-to-customer) channel of the Boss Revolution product.

Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience: At least 3 year of experience leading cross-functional, agile development teams, ideally in a product-driven environment.
- Technical Background: Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer.
- DevOps and Automation Skills: Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and perform under pressure or in uncertain situations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Talent Development (Preferred): Experience in hiring and nurturing high-performing engineering teams is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English, at B2 level or higher.
- Functional/Platform Team Experience: Practical, hands-on knowledge of how functional/DevOps/platform teams operate (internal developer tooling, shared infrastructure, observability) - distinct from managing a product/feature team.
