Lead advanced tax planning and advisory for client businesses, review complex returns, mentor staff, and shape tax practice strategy.

Design building electrical power systems from concept through construction for commercial, industrial, data center, and mission-critical projects. Produce single-line diagrams, panel schedules, layouts, load and short-circuit calculations, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Coordinate with architects, MEP disciplines, construction teams, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and provide engineering support during construction.

Lead and modernize the full accounting function through a multi-month transition from a long-tenured Controller. Own AP/AR, payroll, commissions, invoicing, GL, month- and year-end close, audits, tax compliance, banking, and 401(k) reporting. As an Assistant Public Defender, you'll represent clients in criminal cases, manage a caseload, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and file individual and business tax returns (primarily Form 1040); communicate with clients to gather documentation; identify tax issues; assist with Form 990 and clergy/ministerial tax treatment; manage workflow during busy season; support process improvements and mentor/train staff as the tax practice grows.

Provide hands-on HR support for a single manufacturing facility (125–150 employees). Serve as primary HR contact, handle employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, payroll and HRIS administration, benefits and leave (FMLA/ADA) administration, workers' compensation and return-to-work, compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

Manage ECRs/ECOs, deviations, and stop-ship activities from initiation through implementation. Maintain BOMs, drawings, and PLM/ERP product data. Coordinate cross-functional change meetings, assess change impacts, track metrics, and drive configuration management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Trustees and executive leadership, plan and run board and committee meetings, prepare agendas/board books/minutes, administer board management systems, coordinate recruitment/onboarding and logistics, track governance metrics, lead governance projects, and support strategic governance initiatives with the VP & General Counsel.

The Associate Employment Attorney will counsel clients on employment issues, defend against claims, support litigation efforts, and draft legal documents while providing legal education.

Manage a docket of personal injury litigation from filing through resolution or trial. Develop strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions/mediations/hearings, coordinate experts, analyze medical records and damages, maintain client communication, and try cases when necessary while collaborating with firm leadership and support staff.
