Deliver custom full-stack solutions on the Clio Operate platform for large law firms. Design and implement integrations, workflow components, and UI elements using C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Collaborate with analysts and engineers, communicate with client stakeholders, optimize performance, and contribute to internal delivery playbooks and best practices.

Design and deliver virtual and in-person onboarding and advanced training for Mexican legal and corporate customers; create learning materials (guides, videos, webinars); track adoption using HubSpot and internal tools; partner with Customer Success, Sales and Product to improve adoption; support product launches and expand training into Academic, Government and LATAM markets.
