Serve as primary customer contact for Managed WiFi, DAS, and Fiber deployments. Coordinate onboarding with property owners, construction teams, and ISPs; maintain onboarding documentation, project trackers, and CRM records; escalate issues, oversee ISP performance and SLAs; process change orders; assist AR collections; conduct business reviews and identify upsell opportunities to drive satisfaction and retention.

Manage collections activities, customer reconciliations, account adjustments, and communications to reduce delinquency. Collaborate with internal teams on disputes and legal collections; document findings and recommend collectability actions.

Lead strategy, architecture, modernization, and governance of enterprise financial applications and ERP platforms. Partner with Finance, Security, Architecture, and business leaders to design integrations, drive cloud and automation initiatives, ensure SOX/ITGC compliance, manage vendors, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable financial application solutions.

The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards leads the rewards strategy, designing compensation frameworks, managing benefits programs, and optimizing total rewards to attract and retain talent across geographies.
