Your Next Career Opportunity – Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II
The Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst II play a key role in evaluation, analyzing, and executing acquisitions of wireless communications and digital infrastructure assets. The position supports all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction execution, and post-acquisition performance tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and analyze financial models related to tower, rooftop, DAS, small cell, data center, and adjacent digital infrastructure acquisitions.
- Conduct financial, operational, and contractual due diligence on wireless communications infrastructure and entity acquisitions.
- Review and abstract lease agreements, carrier contracts, and other legal documents to evaluate financial and operational impacts on acquisition targets, analyze lease economics and contractual obligations, and support valuation conclusions and transaction recommendations.
- Aggregate, reconcile, and validate revenue streams, contractual data, and other operational datasets against source documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, and valuation impacts.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and data analytics solutions to enhance diligence, improve efficiency, and support scalable transaction analysis.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of financial analyses, diligence materials, and AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with sellers, brokers, attorneys, consultants, and internal stakeholders, including accounting, capital markets, operations, and tax teams, to facilitate transaction execution.
- Assist in structuring transactions, preparing purchase price adjustments, and supporting closing and post-closing settlement processes.
- Prepare analyses, investment summaries, presentations, and recommendations for M&A leadership and executive management.
- Research industry trends, competitive dynamics and adjacent digital infrastructure opportunities, including international expansion initiatives.
- Track acquisition performance and assist in post-acquisition financial analysis and integration support.
- Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field of study
2-3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, valuation, telecommunications infrastructure or related analytical role preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts, leases, and other legal or commercial agreements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to validate large datasets while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity, data analysis, and workflow automation tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to improve efficiency and scale while exercising sound professional judgment.
