Owns strategic EMEA customer accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, expansion, account health, and advocacy. Build and ship fullstack features across backend services and frontend experiences for technical interviewing and assessment. Develop AI-powered systems involving LLM orchestration, streaming, tool calling, and multi-provider integrations. Improve internal engineering tooling, observability, reliability, and technical architecture. Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, support planning, respond to incidents, and contribute to on-call operations in a remote-first team.

Lead development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, create and write high-impact content and assets, run awareness channels (organic social, podcasts, PR, partnerships), own brand voice and visual consistency, and partner with Demand Gen, Events, and Product Marketing to drive measurable awareness and demand.
