Lead process optimization across JD Logistics: analyze pain points, design and implement improvements, build group-level process management systems, develop digital/automation tools, run training, monitor effectiveness, and research industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, inventory control and order fulfillment. Lead and coach warehouse associates, monitor KPIs, plan manpower, ensure SOP and safety compliance, drive continuous improvement, investigate issues, deliver training, and collaborate cross-functionally to support start-ups and peak seasons.
