About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Risk Management System Development: Build a labor risk control system, conduct regular internal audits, and handle employee conflicts, complaints, and labor disputes; analyze cases of involuntary turnover and no-show resignations, and propose improvement recommendations to reduce labor risks and maintain stable labor relations.
Policy Research and Implementation: Monitor and understand labor laws and regulations, revise HR management work packages and process systems; promote the implementation of labor policies, organize labor law training, and enhance HRBP capabilities in dispute resolution to ensure labor compliance.
Dispute Handling and Guidance: Handle major complaints, disputes, and litigation cases, guide and assist HR Business Partners in resolving daily employee relations issues to prevent escalation; provide legal advice to prevent potential labor disputes and protect both employee rights and company interests.
Resignation and Labor Management: Manage the resignation process, analyze turnover data, and optimize the resignation procedure; handle abnormal resignations such as no-shows and develop preventive measures; coordinate labor management matters and process special working hour applications to standardize labor management practices.
Team Management and Empowerment: Responsible for building, evaluating, and developing the labor management team; develop training plans (e.g., HR professional skills, labor arbitration cases); monitor industry trends, publish HR news updates, and continuously improve the team’s professional level and the company’s labor environment.

Skills Required
- Experience handling employee disputes, complaints, and labor litigation
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations and ability to apply them
- Experience building or maintaining labor risk control systems and conducting internal audits
- Ability to analyze turnover and resignation data and recommend improvements
- Experience managing resignation processes and addressing abnormal resignations (e.g., no-shows)
- Experience providing guidance to HRBPs and training HR teams in dispute resolution
- Ability to develop training plans and evaluate team performance
- Capability to coordinate labor management matters and implement standardized processes
