Produces weekly financial and program status reports.

Manages financial services, customer support, workflow tracking, and program administration for the Traditional Commander Activities Program. Reviews concept papers, administers CTIMS, GFEBS, and DTS, creates purchase requests, verifies funding, reconciles travel vouchers, researches travel regulations, trains stakeholders, maintains procedures, and briefs at conferences.

Leads the Educational Technology Support team, managing daily activities, scheduling, staffing, inventories, lifecycle replacement of student computers, course schedule data, and monthly performance reporting. Serves as alternate Program Manager when the primary PM is absent and performs associated program management duties. Manages English and foreign-language social media platforms, including content strategy, creative planning, publishing, crisis communications, analytics, reporting, security compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Supervises Regional Media Analysts, develops digital communication frameworks and SMART goals, monitors performance trends, and provides recommendations aligned with command objectives.

Reviews mariner training course requests for regulatory conformance and drafts approval responses for the National Maritime Center. Provides top-level engine subject matter expertise across diesel, steam, and gas turbine propulsion modes, supporting technical services for the Mariner Credentialing Program. Requires a USCG-issued MMC as Chief Engineer or First Assistant Engineer for unlimited-horsepower vessels and at least five years sailing on that credential.
