Perform DoD budgeting and financial management using GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, and CCaR. Prepare and reconcile commitments, obligations, and expenditures; support PPBE/P- and R-Form reporting; respond to budget data calls; develop funding strategies; create funding documents and execution reports; provide training and troubleshooting for financial/PM tools.

Manage and maintain HR training, certification, awards, and personnel data. Track training needs, update SharePoint and HR databases, prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence, and ensure PII is handled securely.

Provide Navy property management support: assist with inventories, APSR/DPAS data extraction and reconciliation, audits, SOP creation, system transitions, and classroom/on-the-job training of accountable property processes and AIT peripherals.

Serve as the single contractor point of contact for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter program: oversee contractor staff, validate work and timesheets, produce status reports, manage contract performance, ensure compliance with security and government regulations, support IMS/EVMS surveillance, SharePoint support, logistics and COR/business support, and respond to technical issues within 24 hours.

Manage manpower programs for CPE IEW&S HQ including concept plans, TDAs, manpower reports, and civilian/contractor personnel management. Develop and staff a complete Concept Plan to support Army objectives, resourcing strategy, and approvals for organizational restructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and support for POM/BES timelines.

Support data tracking, analysis, and management for COLTS and SHARPS systems. Ensure operational data accuracy, maintain documentation, identify trends and discrepancies, and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.

Plan, coordinate, and execute government conferences and events in compliance with Department policies. Manage logistics, vendors, IT/AV setup, VIP/executive support, staffing, reporting, approvals, and central event calendars while using approved government (.mil) networks and meeting response metrics.
