Senior IT support role providing technical analysis, system lifecycle and configuration management, and documentation for Navy IT systems. Ensure compliance with DoD/DoN/NAVSEA cybersecurity policies, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare technical briefings to support IT modernization and accreditation.

Provide senior acquisition and contract planning expertise supporting CPE IEW&S program managers. Review and develop acquisition documents, track contract milestones and metrics, liaise with Army Contracting Command, perform risk analysis, maintain procurement portfolio tools and BI reports, support DoD 5000/ACAT procurements, and deliver training and briefings up to the Program Executive Office.

Serve as the single contractor point of contact for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter program: oversee contractor staff, validate work and timesheets, produce status reports, manage contract performance, ensure compliance with security and government regulations, support IMS/EVMS surveillance, SharePoint support, logistics and COR/business support, and respond to technical issues within 24 hours.

Manage and maintain HR training, certification, awards, and personnel data. Track training needs, update SharePoint and HR databases, prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence, and ensure PII is handled securely.

Develop and qualify a pipeline of federal, state, and local government opportunities; support market strategy, teaming, capture, proposals, and customer outreach; perform market and competitor analysis; prepare white papers, RFIs, and transition contract awards to program managers.

Manage planning and implementation of contract support for DoD programs: interface with government stakeholders, conduct feasibility and cost reviews, oversee logistics support analysis and systems safety studies, allocate resources, and lead military hardware and software development efforts to meet technical objectives.

Prepare, edit, and organize user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Provide graphics support for deliverables and edit system specifications and special reports for customers.

Lead and own the Quality Management Plan and QA processes for Navy/DoD task orders. Review contractual deliverables, define and report KPIs/SLAs, drive CAPA and audit readiness, integrate Information Assurance requirements, liaise with Government stakeholders, and coach a QA culture focused on mission and compliance.

Develop and enter Navy curriculum into LMS and authoring tools (TPP, TCCD, lesson plans, testing plans). Advise instructional staff, manage curriculum data-entry projects, prepare documentation for course reviews and ACE evaluations, and ensure compliance with NAVEDTRA 130/132 standards.

Provide first-level IT support: install/configure hardware and software, perform basic troubleshooting, monitor systems, assist with maintenance/patching, document work, and track IT inventory while following cybersecurity protocols.
