Position Title: Graphic Designer
Location: MacDill AFB, FL
Clearance required: SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI
Scope of Work: Develops high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms for CCPA, translating complex information into visually compelling presentations, exhibits, marketing materials, and briefings.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work with editors, subject matter experts, and leadership to create mission-aligned visual products.
- Conceptualize and produce exhibits, infographics, and display art from rough sketches or minimal guidance.
- Provide multiple design options when requirements are ambiguous to guide visual direction.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop optimized print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Analyze materials to ensure visual accuracy and cost efficiency in support of senior leader presentations.
- Support emergent 24/7 surge requirements during crises or operational shifts.
- Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI
- U.S. citizenship; fluent English
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication within a DoW or military environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong layout and typography skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals under tight deadlines
Skills Required
- Active Secret clearance at time of award
- Eligibility for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Fluent English
- At least three years of professional graphic design or visual communication experience within a Department of War or military environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals under tight deadlines
