Position Title: Multimedia Content Creator
Location: MacDill AFB, FL
Clearance required: SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI
Scope of Work: Produces high-quality multimedia content and manages digital storytelling for CCPA to align with command messaging, maximize audience engagement, and repurpose content across platforms.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Capture, edit, and produce engaging photos and videos of command events, exercises, and activities.
- Craft compelling feature stories, articles, and captions in AP Style.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (videos, infographics, social media threads) to maximize cross-platform reach.
- Produce and publish video products for web, TV, and social media.
- Upload and publish visual information to official Department of War websites and platforms, including a DVIDS repository.
- Provide 24/7 multimedia support during crisis events and operational surges.
- Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI
- U.S. citizenship; fluent English
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia storytelling
- Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and professional photography equipment
- Exceptional writing skills with expertise in AP Style and storytelling; deep understanding of photography and videography
Skills Required
- Secret security clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI
- U.S. citizenship
- Fluent English
- At least five years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia storytelling
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert proficiency with video editing software
- Expert use of professional photography equipment
- Exceptional writing skills and expertise in AP Style and storytelling
- Deep understanding of photography and videography
