Position Title: Senior Help Desk Support for ETS Lead / Alternate PM
Location: Fort Benning, GA
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope of Work: Serves as the Educational Technology Support (ETS) Team Lead managing the day-to-day activity of the ETS team, and serves as the alternate Program Manager in the primary PM's absence.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage the day-to-day activity of the ETS team, scheduling, and functions.
- Coordinate equipment inventories (10% monthly, 100% annually) with the Government Hand Receipt Holder.
- Collaborate on Lifecycle Replacement of ETS student computers and maintain inventory tracking.
- Provide the COR with data on future Training Resource Arbitration Panel (TRAP) course schedules.
- Deliver monthly ETS metric and NOC reports by the fifth day of the following month.
- Serve as alternate Program Manager, performing all PM duties in the primary PM's absence.
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical environment, with at least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size for the Government or a Government client
- Experience managing day-to-day activities for a team of at least 12 members
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification
- Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
Skills Required
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical environment
- At least 8 years supporting student environments of similar scope and size for the Government or a Government client
- Experience managing day-to-day activities for a team of at least 12 members
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Active Secret clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
