Maintain and troubleshoot inside-plant telecommunications systems including VoIP and Avaya switching, voicemail, TMS, firewalls, T-1 circuits, and SONET. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, trunk monitoring, customer support, recordkeeping, and parts inventory. Serves as primary POC with the COR, supervises warehouse and logistics staff, ensures contract compliance, documentation accuracy, safety/OSHA adherence, implements process improvements, and manages phase-in/phase-out transitions.

Provide Navy property management support: assist with inventories, APSR/DPAS data extraction and reconciliation, audits, SOP creation, system transitions, and classroom/on-the-job training of accountable property processes and AIT peripherals.
