Serve as a liaison providing systems engineering support to the Cyber Center of Excellence. Act as subject matter expert in communications and intelligence, participate in the Network Synchronization Working Group, support PEO IEW&S priorities, and prepare/update acquisition and compliance documentation per DoD acquisition and cybersecurity directives.

Develop strategic communications and multimedia content, manage websites and social media analytics, produce/edit video/photography/graphics, handle logistics and budgets for ~40 annual events/exhibits, perform administrative, media relations, archival research, and transcription support.

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and ETL pipelines, connect to diverse data sources, perform analysis and predictive modeling, enforce data governance and security (row-level), and support stakeholders with training and documentation.

Support development of position descriptions and classifications, conduct workforce analysis with narrative reports, create HR internal processes, provide administrative support and data entry, produce monthly summary reports, and travel to CONUS locations as needed.

Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to inform and inspire stakeholders. Create and manage content across websites and social platforms, run influencer and information campaigns, analyze performance with analytics tools, increase website traffic, support national/international events, and elevate organizational brand awareness in science and technology.

Support and quality-assure Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments, design/integrate Purview and security controls, manage SharePoint (online and on-prem), develop PowerApps/Power Automate solutions, troubleshoot AvePoint and M365 services, produce status reports, and document security change requests and audit logging.
