Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, headcount management, succession planning, and change management to drive engagement and business results.

Manage relationships with top Staff Program golf professionals across the Central U.S., oversee Title Sponsored events and sponsorships, recruit and retain talent, coordinate product fitting/prototyping and feedback with Product/R&D, support sales and event execution, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at high-profile golf events.

Lead the European Credit function for 12 months: manage and develop the credit team, enforce credit policy, drive cash collection and DSO targets, oversee credit decisions and credit-held orders, partner with Sales/Customer Service, and lead Oracle-related systems and change initiatives.

Lead Japan-focused brand communications (PR, social, influencer, paid/owned/earned) aligned with global GTM. Drive product launch messaging, media relations, creative content production, agency management, stakeholder relationships, competitor and consumer insight, and team/talent development to grow brand equity and achieve performance targets.
