Subaru’s summer internship program gives students real-world experience through meaningful projects, collaboration with professionals, and skill development related to their majors. Internships run May through August at Subaru headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, and other U.S. locations. Interns work 37.5 hours weekly and may support areas including accounting, engineering, IT, marketing, HR, finance, sales, supply chain, and project management.

Develops and executes marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaigns, positioning, content, partnerships, events, and customer education for connected vehicle products. Conducts market and competitive analysis, manages agency and marketing budgets, tracks campaign performance, and reports results. Collaborates with product, sales, engineering, Subaru marketing, agencies, and technology partners to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement. Supports vehicle evaluations, product presentations, and industry conferences.

Manages the safe, efficient operation of a regional parts distribution center, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, vendors, budgets, regulatory compliance, staffing, and continuous improvement. Leads warehouse and inventory teams, ensures performance against business and customer commitments, implements lean processes, manages employee relations and recruitment, and partners with internal stakeholders, retailers, vendors, HR, and Legal.

Develops and strengthens the retailer network across the CAL Zone by selecting new dealers, upgrading underperforming retailers, supporting facility improvements, and launching new retailers. Reviews retailer financial performance, creates improvement plans, tracks commitments, ensures agreement compliance, and coordinates with regional, district, marketing, construction, and legal teams. Requires extensive retailer engagement, negotiation, leadership, financial analysis, and 70% travel throughout the zone.

Owns Oracle HCM and LMS administration, configuration, integrations, security, governance, and continuous improvement. Leads HR data strategy, dashboards, workforce analytics, data governance, and executive reporting. Serves as HR technical project manager for systems implementations, automation, testing, change management, and vendor coordination. Manages the HR systems analyst team, supports compliance and audits, oversees headcount planning and onboarding programs, and partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and leadership.

Lead design, development, integration, and support of Microsoft-stack enterprise applications. Spend ~80% on programming and 20% on business analysis, mentor junior engineers, participate in architecture and CI/CD, support production (24/7), and build solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and REST APIs.

Lead Platform Engineer to design and evolve Subaru.com using Java, AEM, and AWS. Lead architecture and technical delivery, mentor teams, run design and code reviews, enforce quality, and build scalable web applications and services integrating front-end, mobile, and third-party clients.
