The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the STOP Program Director, handling document processing, scheduling, data entry, and reception duties.

Create and maintain internal and external policy documents, work instructions, templates, and educational materials. Support documentation review/version control, conduct SME interviews, assist RFP and project research, perform data collection/analysis and ad hoc project tasks, and ensure high-quality, timely documentation under Quality Manager supervision.

Lead all HR functions for Apex Building Company9s Waterproofing Division including benefits administration, policy and compliance, federal/state HR filings, payroll coordination, compensation and performance review administration, employee relations, training, HR operations, and multi-location HR support.

Perform financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations to support Finance leadership. Manage vendor cost analysis, unit cost submissions, IT spend reviews, and contract financial decisions.
