Leads membership sales performance across an assigned market, recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Membership Advisors. Establishes sales expectations, monitors performance, implements lead management and sales processes, and partners with club managers and marketing to drive membership growth, retention, and market penetration. Develop new commercial pest control business through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and client inspections. Identify opportunities, present tailored pest management solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals against sales targets. Maintain CRM pipeline records, monitor industry and competitor trends, and collaborate with service and operations teams during customer onboarding. The role requires regional travel and may require state-specific licensing.

Own clinic-specific workflow documentation, implementation readiness, post-go-live operational support, and BPO coordination for specialty clinic accounts. Document referral, fax, intake, scheduling, and escalation processes; coordinate EMR access and training; monitor workflow adherence and AI output quality; identify operational issues; support clinic communications, account reviews, and continuous process improvement.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions. Lead full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and investigations, performance management, workforce planning, benefits administration, HR compliance, payroll auditing, and engagement initiatives. Coach managers, analyze HR metrics, support succession planning and training, and maintain HR policies and documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead design, build, and operation of multi-agent AI and agentic automation for clinical and business use; architect RAG, vector stores, LLM orchestration and integrations; manage enterprise hybrid infrastructure (Azure, on-prem NVIDIA, networking, identity, virtualization) ensuring HIPAA-compliant, secure, and reliable platforms. Partner with data engineering and clinical teams and drive R&D and IaC automation.

Own and grow an assigned sales territory across the Northeast by prospecting, managing customer relationships, maintaining the Salesforce pipeline, conducting facility visits, identifying equipment opportunities, negotiating full-cycle sales, managing renewals, and reporting territory performance. The role is remote within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut and requires travel up to 75%.

Manage and grow a customer book of business by driving product adoption, renewals, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead executive business reviews and renewal negotiations, identify at-risk accounts, communicate customer needs to product teams, and develop expertise in intellectual property and brand protection. Use customer data, metrics, and industry trends to guide success strategies and demonstrate product value.
