Lead architecture assessment and modernization of client data platforms. Design Snowflake-based future-state architecture, migrate SQL transformations into dbt, define ELT standards, CI/CD, testing, governance, and optimize Airflow orchestration and platform performance while leading workshops and knowledge transfer.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner for the Americas, advising leaders on talent, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and compliance across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy: own recurring Finance and RevOps workflows, run AR/AP and payroll-adjacent tasks, build financial models and analytics, support HubSpot and data hygiene, manage vendors and IT onboarding, lead ISO27001/SOC2 evidence gathering, coordinate hiring and people ops programs, and drive cross-functional operational improvements.

Produce technical drawings and 3D/2D CAD models to company standards; collaborate with designers and engineers; interface with internal and external stakeholders; follow engineering policies and security measures; perform additional assigned duties.

Support planning, execution, and financial management of customer projects: prepare quotes/estimates, quantify labor/materials, document communications, manage project paperwork, coordinate teams, compile billing, and assist month-end reporting.

Support AP/AR and OTA reconciliation across multiple entities: code and enter vendor bills, match invoices to POs, reconcile OTA platforms to bank deposits, assist with credit card coding, and maintain documentation for month-end close.

Support on-road vehicle durability testing by maintaining customer fleets, performing software flashes and hardware swaps, using manufacturer diagnostic tools, implementing updates, recalibrating offline modules, documenting changes, and following safety procedures.

Provide excellent customer service including assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns; maintain tidy, well-stocked shop floor and stockroom; operate till points processing transactions and returns; receive, unpack, price and stock new deliveries while maintaining store standards.

In-person internship supporting campaign finance compliance: mail and donation pickup, data entry, bank deposits, preparing and editing finance reports, composing compliance correspondence, and assisting Associates and Managers with assigned tasks.
