Provide administrative support for a senior living community: assist with accounts payable/receivable, maintain resident business files, gather expenses for general ledger posting, manage phone system as needed, and order administrative supplies.

Lead customer discovery and validation for optaire in North America; translate customer pain points into product requirements; build rapid prototypes; collaborate with global product, UX, and engineering to release features; support implementations and onboarding; enable sales with demos and roadmap context; localize product for US market; drive adoption, usage metrics, and training materials.
