Design, develop, and maintain blended learning for retail field employees (Baristas, Shift Leads, Store Managers). Create workshops, eLearning, manuals, video, and assessments; build assessment and measurement, uphold instructional design standards, manage SMEs, package franchise programs, launch seasonal trainings, and integrate learning technologies and AI for scalability.

Develop and manage institutional investor relationships focused on Japan and APAC equities, grow commission revenues and market share, and convert research engagement into trading activity. Lead SOC 2 and future certification efforts, enterprise security reviews, risk management, security controls, incident response, vendor risk, and Trust Center operations. Establish governance for AI agents, assistants, model providers, and subprocessors while partnering with engineering on architecture reviews, threat modeling, secure SDLC, data flows, and production readiness. Translate customer requirements into scalable security controls and operating processes.

Lead and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10-20), owning commercial strategy, renewals, expansions, and forecasting. Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, align account plans to measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Consulting, Product, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption and long-term growth.

Lead end-to-end execution of Navy WEXMAC 2.0 task orders, managing program P&L, rapid-response delivery, vendor/partner networks, and logistics/transportation/supply/base support while serving as primary customer interface and ensuring federal compliance.

Manage and scale an indirect partner ecosystem by building executive partner relationships, executing joint GTM plans, driving partner-sourced pipeline, enabling partners through training and events, maintaining disciplined CRM and forecasting, recruiting and onboarding partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to grow partner-influenced ARR.

Lead Thunkable's marketing strategy, budget, and execution across demand generation, performance marketing, content, and analytics.
