Provides Tier 1 technical support to internal employees by phone and email. Manage accounts receivable activities, including auditing new accounts, monitoring delinquent mortgage accounts, processing payments and refunds, and assisting with deed releases. Serve as the primary contact for owner mortgage and HOA inquiries, resolve billing issues, document interactions, maintain compliance, and collaborate on complex accounting matters. The role also supports bankruptcy, resale, reporting, process improvement, and cross-training in other AR functions.

Supports sales concierge activities, F&I processes, contracts, signatures, down payments, and business processors. Maintains showroom and lot areas, supports training, stocks guest amenities, and uses dealership tools including VAuto, Dealertrack, Carfax, and CRM systems.

Develop and manage deposit, loan, and merchant relationships by sourcing new business, delivering tailored banking solutions, negotiating deals, cross-selling products, maintaining CRM pipeline, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior staff. Travel extensively to meet clients and represent the bank at events.
