The Director of Development manages annual fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation and stewardship, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and fundraising events. The role oversees donation solicitation, vendors, volunteers, event operations, donor database maintenance in Bloomerang, gift processing, reporting dashboards, and Foundation board support. Build and operate Next.js and Strapi applications across environments, automate releases with GitHub Actions and Docker, integrate Shopify and Epicor Kinetic, and manage reliability, incident response, access controls, documentation, and production readiness. Partner with business teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.

Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman and CEO, responsible for translating enterprise strategy into execution, managing management and board operating rhythms, coordinating executive communications, tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives, supporting governance, and escalating risks. Maintain confidential employee records, use E-Verify, support compliance with state and federal regulations, collaborate with HR and Finance, and prepare payroll and benefits reports for leadership and audits.

Conduct phone and virtual premium audits for workers’ compensation and general liability policies. Schedule client interviews and walkthroughs, verify business operations and documentation, prepare accurate audit reports, communicate findings, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction or carrier relationships. Collaborate with internal teams while meeting quality and service deadlines.

Process invoices, support corporate credit card statement processing, assist with bank reconciliations, and help with year-end tax filings and financial statement audits. Maintain payment documentation and potentially support month-end financial reporting. The role requires approximately 15 hours per week during the school year, with increased summer hours.
