Plan, execute, and report experimental and validation tests for automotive brake components. Analyze dimensional measurements and test data, recommend corrective actions, write test procedures, design fixtures, lead technicians, calibrate equipment, assemble/modify samples, and improve test equipment and procedures.

Lead full-stack engineering across client engagements: architect, build, deploy, and maintain web applications, APIs, CMS implementations, and CI/CD workflows. Own technical client relationships, enforce best practices, evaluate AI-enabled development, and support long-term maintenance while balancing accessibility, security, performance, and project constraints.

Support the talent acquisition team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing a small requisition load (0–5), extending offers via the ATS, and initiating background/drug screens. Communicate professionally with hiring managers and candidates and use sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn while performing other TA projects.

Lead editorial voice and daily production of flagship and subscriber newsletters; write and edit newsletter copy; develop editorial features; optimize subject lines and formats; run tests and analyze metrics; deploy and manage newsletters in Braze; collaborate with Audience, Marketing, and Content to grow engagement and retention. Must be available to start shifts around 6am ET.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources Department, assist the HR Director with HR functions and projects, organize and prioritize assignments, manage sensitive confidential information, and perform HR-related data entry and reporting using MS Office and HRIS tools.
