Provides sourcing support to talent acquisition team members.

Participates in intake meetings as needed.

Occasionally handles requisitions to provide temporary support to other recruiters.

Splits time between handling a requisition load of 0-5 positions while balancing sourcing and other talent acquisition projects and priorities.

Reviews and screens candidates prior to submitting for further review.

Schedules screens and interviews for hiring managers and/or talent acquisition team members as needed.

Extends job offers via the applicant tracking system and initiates background checks and drug screens.

Ensures professional communication and timely follow-through with talent acquisition team members, hiring managers, and candidates.

Utilizes Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or other sourcing tools to develop and manage sourcing efforts and projects.

Bachelor’s degree in progress.

Experience working with MS Office.

2+ years of experience customer service experience preferred.
