Design and document web-based UI architectures for enterprise customers. Lead and manage new and used vehicle sales to meet volume, profitability, and CSI goals. Recruit, train, and coach sales staff; desk and structure deals; monitor KPIs, inventory, pricing, and CRM usage; resolve customer escalations; and ensure compliance with lender and dealership policies.

Manage customer relationships, schedule drawings and deliveries, coordinate shop and shipping schedules, handle change orders and purchase order reviews, resolve site and schedule issues, and travel to job sites as required.

Own revenue and pipeline for mid-market e-commerce (Shopify-focused) using PLG motions. Close $20K-$200K deals, optimize trial-to-paid conversion with Product, manage marketplace presence and partnerships to drive inbound and conversion.
